We will work with DHL FedEx, and UPS Courier Service to ensure your order leaves our warehouse on time and within their delivery guidelines. We recommend you place your order before the final recommended date where possible.
Christmas & New Year Opening
Our offices and warehouse close at 5pm GMT, Friday 29th December and reopen at 9am GMT, Wednesday 2nd January. Any orders or returns placed between these dates will not be processed until our offices reopen.
Our Christmas opening times do not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
We deliver all orders totalling $1,500.00USD (and above) direct to the address you have given to us by any Courier Express Delivery service. Orders below this amount will be sent using the DHL, FedEx or UPS Courier Service 1st class post.
For security purposes, all deliveries sent Our Courier Express require a signature for proof of delivery. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card with their contact details and will attempt to re-deliver up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us. If you are unable to take delivery, we would suggest that you contact the courier to arrange a more suitable time. For convenience, you may find it simpler to have the parcel delivered to your workplace rather than your home address.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. You can check the status of your order within the My Account section. (*working day is classed as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)
Where we Deliver to
We deliver to any valid postal address within the Continent but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 1 week and you have not heard from us, you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number. You can also track your order online using DPD’s Track and Trace service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch and can also be found in the My Orders section within My Account.
